The Tyrrell Historical Library is hosting a lecture by Alexandra Humphrey, Director of the Edison Museum on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Alexandra is an excellent and engaging presenter who has previously spoken at the library.

Next week's lecture is entitled "Edison, the Telegraph, and the Titanic." Per the Tyrrell's Facebook post for this event:  "Aren't you a little curious about all the details of when and how the Titanic sunk? We hope you will join us for an interesting discussion on this event."

The Titanic's sinking provides a never ending source of tragic contemplation, fascination, and study in all its myriad details. Let's continue the discussion with Alexandra on June 24, 2025! See you at the Tyrrell.
